Almost 12 years ago, we had a fresh idea we knew would be a winner. Why not take the authentic neighborhood Tacquieria that seemed to be on hundreds of Chicago street corners, and combine it with a super-fresh, gourmet approach that would redefine Mexican cuisine for today's tastes?

We talked to some of the most famous chefs in Chicago. We hunted down old family recipes from south of the border. We experimented with hundreds of different salsas, beans, tortillas, chips, peppers, and sauces. And the results were amazingly delicious!

Burrito Beach was born.
Today Burrito Beach continues to offer fresh, delicious Mexican-inspired foods and gourmet burritos, served hot and custom-made for each of our visitors. Sure it's fast. But, never at the sake of fresh. And, it's fast becoming a favorite dining place for the neighborhoods we're in.

Each Burrito Beach is a colorful, creative place to enjoy good food and company. Restaurants range from freestanding locations and co-branded facilities to popular food court locations, on average they are 1,600-2,000 sq.ft. and they typically seat 40- 65 guests.
