Founded in 1995 by Gregory Schulson, the five innovative fast-casual Burrito Beach restaurants offer a contemporary spin on the typical burrito. Burrito Beach burritos are colorful on the inside and out: from red pepper, spinach, whole-wheat, and white flour tortillas, to infinite filling combinations, one is sure to receive a vibrant meal. A multi-cultural menu featuring Fresh-Mexican, BBQ, Thai, Teriyaki, Cajun burritos provides options for everyone. In addition, tacos, crispy quesadillas, wild sides, and burrito salads are available. One of the Beach’s signature items is its mouth-watering guacamole that is always made-from-scratch.

All menu items are prepared to order with only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Healthy cooking is at its best at Burrito Beach, as non-fat black beans are used, all meats and vegetables are grilled, nothing is ever fried, and low-fat options such as "non-fat sour cream" are available.
